Cancellation and Refund Policy
Confirmation and Payment
A 50% deposit is due when making a reservation. This will confirm your reservation and you will be sent a deposit receipt.
Final Payment
Due on the day of travel.
Refund Policies
Cancellations must be in writing.
Deposits are 75% refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to reservation date.
Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to reservation date.
Less than 30 days: No refunds are available. Please contact us for emergency circumstances.
Tours can be canceled at any time for weather, scheduling, or Covid concerns at Captain’s discretion.
Prices do not include 7% local sales tax.
